Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9” tall, pre-oiled 360-degree radial flow air filter features two 3” inlets and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance and filtration. Its inverted top and large surface area provide much longer life between maintenance intervals. This media is perfect for street use. The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates the factory air inlet scoop. Dual mandrel-bent wrinkle-black powder-coated aluminum intake tubes direct unrestricted airflow from the filter to the turbos for more horsepower and torque. A hose connects both tubes to balance air intake pressure. A silicone seal piece finishes the inlet of the housing and seals to the hood to block off unwanted hot engine air from entering the air intake system. Premium stainless-steel worm-gear clamps provide the best corrosion resistance possible and premium silicone couplings allows for ample flexibility and guarantee perfect seals.
